The numbers are in, and here’s the latest Point Loma Home Sales Report from Robert Realty. The number that really stands out this month is 10: as in, the lightning-fast 10 median days on the market for Single Family Detached homes sold in July. This is down from a median 23 days in all of 2015, while prices have steadily increased from the 2015 all-year median of $910,000 up to $970,000 so far in 2016.
So what does this mean for you? If you’re a seller, it could mean a very fast and hassle free transaction for top dollar, with multiple offers. If you’re looking to buy, it means you should be ready to act fast with your offers and maybe even use a little insider intelligence!
