Summer has sped by quickly here in Point Loma and homes seem to be moving even faster.   The latest Home Sale numbers from August are in and some key year-to-date stats really stand out:

  • In 92106, the first eight months of 2016, there has been +9% change in the number of transactions of single family homes Sold over 2015.
  • The number of homes Sold for less than $1,000,000 accounted for 52% of the activity.
  • The median of $980,000 in 2016, was $900,000 in 2015. This represents a +9% increase.
  • In the first eight months, the market total volume in dollars increased +28% to $194,000,000 from $151,000,000.
